At least I think it had to be civics. I know it wasn't in chess club.

When we were taught about the political partys, someone decided we should conduct a mock election. There would be Republican and Democrat candidates. Well I thought I'd be an independent. But I was told there was no independent party. You had to be one or the other to vote. This must have been about the primaries.

But both McCain and Obama are drawing independents. This summer is going to be fun to watch. I'm sure if Hillary loses the nomination, she'll hope McCain wins, so she can run again in '12.

PS Tommy. I'm glad you are aboard also. Things have been pretty dull around here without Wayne. Thanks for not posting stuff under an assumed name just to see yourself post, like some of these lurkers and trolls buzzing round here do.

Hillary Clinton is very desperate now. Her lifelong dream is about to be shattered. Most people hate to lose, but the Clintons REALLY REALLY REALLY hate it. I'm surprised she hasn't hired a hitman to kill Obama. (NT)TommymittenzTue, February 19, 2008 9:51:27
