His father was, however, although he was more secular, than religious. Barak Obama Jr was raised by his mother (who was a White Christian-turned Athiest). Obama Junior was raised in a Secular household, but he found Christianity while in College. He joined the United Church of Christ in the mid-1980's & has been a loyal member since. Personally, I love the "Muslim-bating" by these so-called Christians who tried to make an issue out of JFK's Catholisim back in 1960. It shows how dumb these people are.
