就本地而言，請問高低派之分佈是如何的？

是否「高派」的人集中在某幾所教會中，
還是他們平均分佈在各個聖公會會堂之中？

決定一個群體是否「高派」，
是根據群體成員的意志，
還是根據群體領導（該會堂堂牧）之定向？
