Around the time the Hart Center opened in 1975, the fieldhouse wooden gym floor was covered over by a rubbery surface (either that or either the wood was first taken out).

What changes were made in 2001? Was the surface in place at the time the same one as in 1975?

Does anyone remember the replacement job being done in 2001?
