I ran across an article that was interesting to me about a high school video recruiting "bank" called HoopsTV.net. Apparently there are changes in the recruiting rules that are going to allow college coaches to review HS players by video throughout the year. This could give coaches and their staff much more access to players in far flung locations that are difficult to visit. Might be useful for a school like Holy Cross that is looking for overlooke Gems. The web site is not set up yet, but you can read the article at:
