I am assuming that you are looking for a breeding dog.
If you want to get involved in breeding, contact a reputable breeder. Most good breeders do not make money on their dogs, it is a hobby.In fact, you find they spend more money on their dogs then they ever make. They strive to produce a dog that is the closest to the breed description as possible. Good breeders do something with their dogs, whether is showing in conformation, obedience, field trial, etc. They prove that the individual is worthy of reproducing itself. A good breeder may produce one litter a year or less.
Remember shelters and pounds all over Ontario are full of dogs and cats from backyard breeders. Please dont add to these numbers.
