I am always amazed at people in the summer months. Why would anyone take their dog shopping with them and leave them in the care? Even if the window is rolled down, the car can heat up very quickly and cause permanent damage or even death to your pet.
It is cooler at home. Leave your dog at home.
For all those who feel that they have to take their dog shopping, I present a challenge. Get in your car in your driveway and put yourself in the same position you put your dog in to see how hot it becomes. You have the advantage, you can get out when you get too hot!
