For those people (or for the person) who are complaining about the e-mail. I suggest going to the humane society in person. I don't think you understand how busy they are and how many dogs there are to take care of.
Instead of blaming them that you didn't get Sasha or any other dog because of an e-mail maybe blame yourself for not going there and meeting the dog and showing the dog and the girls that you are really interested in the dog. It is easy to fall in love with a picture of a dog but the "sparks" as I call them, might not be there in person.
If I worked their I would give a dog to someone who came in and got to know the dog and proved to me that they really, really wanted the dog and that they knew what they were getting into. With so many dogs their that need to be adopted they can't wait to see if a computer message will work out especially if there is a family there ready to adopt.
And as for saying that you don't know if the dog is going to a loving family, than obviously you don't know how the humane society works. They do background checks and do everything they can do to find out about the family and they make sure that the dog is going to the right family.

**Girls at the Humane Society, you are doing a great job and I think you have your priorities right. Animals first!! Thanks for all your help!
