He shook his head, rolling his eyes as he let out an exasperated breath. "It's goddamn hard to even do that." He flipped the bottle cap in his hand absently, his brow furrowed with his jaw clenced as he stared out into the ocean. He didn't want to hurt Luke or fight with him but Sav would be nothing if not honest with his best. He wasn't going to pretend or even really mask his feelings about the whole situation. He had so many issues with Rachelle it was hard to even sort them all out in his own mind, much less explain them all to someone else and besides, he didn't think Luke wanted a list of the reasons Sav had a problem with him dating her...or maybe he would, who knew? "Would you rather I lie to you? Is that the way it's gonna be?" He hated to think of his best friend not wanting to actually hear what he thought, wanting to be lied to instead of face the reality of what Sav's feelings on the matter was. Yeah, that was a bitter pill to swallow. His jaw was still clenched, his eyes still on the ocean, not looking over to Luke and not quite ready to go get another beer yet so he just stayed completely still.
