His lower lip jutted on in a pout at being denied his protection from the sun, but he was easily consoled when she handed him over the lotion and then lied down for him to look after her. "Fine, fine. You owe me though. If I get skin cancer it'll be all your fault." He mumbled playfully as he shifted to kneel over her, squeezing a generous amount of sunscreen on to her back and pulling the tie of her top before he started to rub it in - using it as more of a massage oil than a simple sunscreen. He was more than happy to work in a back rub at the same time, his fingers kneading and working at the tight muscles of her lower back and shoulders and neck. She had been so deeply asleep the night before that he had been more than content just to cuddle with her - pretty sleepy himself and a little overwhelmed feeling - and then that morning time had slipped away from him and she had had to run off to meet her mom before too long. He had missed her terribly, but it was kind of nice to be taking a chance to reacquaint himself with everything about her at a slow pace. There was no real serious rush. Brushing her hair to one side with the back of a hand, he leaned down over her to press a kiss to the nape of her neck and then the side and then right behind her ear - his lips not wandering too much only because he couldn't imagine this sunscreen tasted too good, which made him wonder if there was such thing as flavored sunscreen... Or flavored lotion with sunscreen in it. Whatever.
