He dropped his lid in a sarcastic wink before he headed out towards the door, pausing only a second to check out the scene around Gabe before he found Adam and let him know he was leaving. It was time to run home, change clothes and then head to his next engagement. It was a busy night but that was really the way he liked it. As long as he stayed busy he didn't think to much, to much pensive thinking never led to a happy Nick.
