I have bought Antonio Pacelli shoes in the past, the light
shoes split after 2 weeks, and the heavy shoes went baggy. I complained direct to Antonio Pacelli, he would not change the shoes and stated that they do give a little, previous to this the tips all split, he re tipped them, but would not give me another pair. These shoes cost nearly £100.00. If I bought some shoes in the high street and they were of a substandard nature, I am sure I would be offered a replacement. This is all to do with your statutory rights.
