I have learned that I am never alone as long as I have my son. Secretary has a little daughter who at age 4 has been forced to see her mother beat up. Adults have choices. Children usually do not. I honestly don't know if she realizes how much better off she is. I hope so. I invite her to the group every week. She sounds interested but never seems to actually make it. I will keep trying.
