That doesn't make sense to me either. I surely hope that a God who is supposed to love us all equally would want us to be treated equally too.

I see what you're saying. But I don't think you can judge an entire religion, or it's followers, upon the actions of some radical, extremist terrorists. And I completely disagree with the attacks on innocent Muslims since 9/11. Just as I don't see all Christians in a bad light because of the nuts I've encountered, I won't judge all Muslims by the actions of a few.

No. I believe that sometimes good people just run into bad people. I feel that's just the way the world is right now. But if you could tell me what this tool is, I'd like to know.

I don't know if I can explain what it means to be loving and kind. That's one of those things you just have to figure out for yourself. I don't think that people are hurting themselves by not believing Christianity, or Buddhism, or Wicca, or whatever the case may be. I would not try to convert other people from their religion, because it's an act of intolerance, and that's not how I behave. So there's a line that has to be drawn. I can still project all of the positive things I wish to, without trying to change anyone's beliefs.

Again, I don't wish to start an argument, so I'm going to stay as far away from this question as possible. *S* For me, just by reading it, I discovered these things.

It really hasn't been that long yet. Maybe it's a little too soon to think that Raven is ducking out somehow.
>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~So then do you agree that your point
>about how Buddha couldn't be pointing to the Christ

No, that's not what I said. How much of the bible was written after Jesus had already died? And how much of it told what would happen to him before it happened?

Ok, I am glad about that.
