Not quite. It opens as a black box and the sound comes on just like before. When I click the help with the video thingy, I get pictures and as I move the help window, the picture changes, but not for long. So I'm getting closer, but not close enough.

I've been doing all kinds of adjustments with the plug-in settings (I have no earthly idea what I'm doing - I'm just selecting or unselecting different things. Anybody else besides me having trouble or have any suggestions as to what I can do? I would be forever grateful for any help.
