I was reading about the exact same thing from another silverchair message board (GASP! I'm sorry). And someone came up with, what I think, is the best solution. I figure, I'm not gonna wait. 3 months may kill me. And sometimes there are differences between the Austrailian CD and US cd/ Canadian CD. So why not buy both versions (even if they are the same). I mean what's an extra $16? That wouldn't bother me. And also we have to calculate the amount of silverchair fans in North America who don't have access to a credit card/ computer and the people who want to wait till July. Also I have a feeling that some people are just going to get so pissed off about having to wait more they might just not buy the album at all (which if I wasn't such a hardcore fan I would seriously consider). So in short why not buy two copies, I don't know call me crazy but this may work.
