I decided to come back and add I can relate to your son. I was the exact way. I would always clog the toilet and even pray it would not over flow when I flushed it. Mom would connect my “grumpiness” with lack of going to the bathroom. I bet your son hates going, just like I did, because he probably is slightly constipated and those logs hurt starting off trying to get them out. I hated the pain associated with bowel movements so I would hold and hold and fight the urges until I had a baseball bat, felt 3 feet long, and it wanted to come out. When mom would give me an enema, I thought I could just fight the urge, fight the cramps, and they would go away, not realizing the longer I held the soapy enema in me, the longer it had to work on me, so basically I was helping mom and didn’t realize it. Once the urge to go was over powering, I gripped the side of the toilet, lifted myself up, stretched my feet out and totally relaxed and let that locomotive with 26 box cars come on out. I collapsed with exhaustion afterwards, it took everything out of me, which is exactly what mom wanted. Afterwards, I would go take a nap, giving mom that peace and quit she wanted, so don’t be surprised, your son don’t go lay down after his soap suds and 2 rinses and sleep. I bet he is not an active child, sits all day at school, comes home and sits in front of his game system, and his bowels is not active. He needs movement, moving around to help him with his bowels and also drinking water to stay hydrated. He really needs to look at these enemas as a positive thing for him. He won’t though. But help him by keeping his colon moving. Truth though, once his mind connects his little solider becoming active to the feeling he gets when he receives enemas, his mindset may change toward enemas. Mine did. I was his age 12-13, when that connection was made and even though I hated enemas, the feeling afterwards was great.
