Susan early on in your posts I sensed that this was coming. In young husbands of pregnant wives they call it couvade syndrome. They can get back pain, constipation and bloating, mood swings, upset stomach, and joint swelling. As if they were pregnant too. You are having sympathetic symptoms of your son and daughter colon issues. And because you are yourself a closet withholder this is going to be a rough road for you. Your body is playing with your hormones and nervous system without your input and you are just along for the ride.
I know you don't want to hear this but since your husband follows our discussion on here this may be for him. You are going to be more susceptible to bowel impaction, constipation and I think you need a weekly clean out for a while. You don't need the three enema series weekly but you need a higher colon flush than just emptying your rectum daily.
