Probably what happened was sitter knew what you expected regarding the enemas and probably stood up and spoke up to Italian girl. Because sitter has always did the enemas for the boys the way you wanted. Italian girl had no right to change that and sitter probably said something to her. Speculation.

Just reflecting a little for a moment, I can remember how nervous you were the first time you wanted to get sitter involved with helping you with the boys and their enemas. You were shocked how open she was talking about enemas. And you wished you could give sitter enemas. And here you are, full circle after all sitter has been through now giving her enemas helping her with her health journey.
