Subject: greatwall television

if anyone can assist troubleshoot a greatwall b&w TV set. The pictures are ok. but the sound is awfull.one can hardly hear wht is being said coz of a background rasp like noise.
also i would be most graetfull if i got the circuit diagram for the same model
