As far as I know, it is not possible to transfer D-theater content to the PC.

If your contents originate from DVD player (is it a DVD disc?), you can just rip the contents of the disc to files on PC. You can then process the .vob files and re-encode them to DV resolution, or manipulate them in some other ways.
