Subject: again!!! JVC HM-DR10000EK Hidden Ports

The JVC HM-DR10000EU D-vhs is a fine VCR. Only the missing DV out option is hard to take. I`m from germany, but the UK model seems to have the same problems. Some postings linked to a page of Victor Company in Japan (JVC) where two DV Ports are pictured: I Link: 4 pin (S200) x 2 (MPEG2 in/out, DV input combined use)....So I looked closer on the back of my DR10000 and found (behind the glued coverfilm) a hole left next the I link -in DV socket. I looked behind and found this second (left empty) place for the second I link socket. In a few days I`ll get this print version of an IEEE 1394 socket to build in....well...lets try what happens.

please excuse my english...school is long ago
for any helping ideas...please write me a little e-mail!
CU
Harry
