Hi,

You asked for oldfashioned, analogue VHS? But this is a place for modern, digital VHS! ;-) Anyway ...

Never heard of this.

Avoid the copy protection (Macrovision). So use DVDs without copy protection (in Germany, most MGM DVD's are without any analogue protection), or use a macrovision free DVD player (ask your dealer or Google ;-)), or buy a small gadget, which will filter out the protection (look at your favorite video magazine, or Google :)).

If done so (and using an ordinary SCART cable), you have to succeed - otherwise the hardware is broken.

Greetings, Oliver
