Sorry Little late in the action(was in Toronto) But- JESS PLEASE READ THIS!!!! -- Kate, 08:19:07 05/24/02 Fri Sionna is really enjoying all the new friends she is meeting in dance. Maybe they can get together musically. I haven't gotten there in the diary yet but her cousins are a "family" band as well. Patrick and Rian play the guitar and sing, Haliegh plays the harp and mandolin and Lindsey plays the flute. Sionna and Mack are going to sing with the band too. They will be playing at the Summer Festival in Capitol City on June 2nd. Incedentally, the band is called "The McDowds" (Patrick has the imagination of a stump) and they Rian says they always invite people to "dance out" with them. Subject: Mairéad's Party fluff - finally!
Author: Christy [Edit]	Date Posted: 10:38:53 05/14/02 Tue OK, so Cáit, Andrea, Maureen & Jana arrive at Mairéad's on Friday. Her cousin Kasey is also there (she dances, but doesn't compete yet)... while we're waiting for Malli & Eibhilin, we're all just chatting about mundane things - like school being almost over, our summer plans, webfeising, etc. Mairéad asks Andie how things are going at Damhsa - she misses it, but she's starting to like her new school... She's also excited cuz she got a letter from her dad today... saying he & Alison are engaged! Patches had decided she was bored earlier in the day, and had destroyed the cake, so Karin (her mum) is running around frantically trying to make a new one. Nancy (her aunt) is trying to reason with her that she doesn't need to panic, everything will work out, blah, blah, blah... So Mindy finally arrives about a half hour later than she'd planned to pick up Jana (Maureen's directions weren't the clearest!) And I'm not sure what excitement will happen once Malli & Eibhilin arrive - everyone is going to be camping out in the living room. We had pizza delivered for dinner... After (I assume) not much sleep, we have breakfast, and get ready to go to her grandparents. We split into two cars (thank goodness Aunt Nancy's here!) and drive out. Once we're there, we go horseback riding. Oh, and my cousin Lilin drove out to "brag" to my grandparents that she finally got her liscence! (She's 16.) Around 3pm, we all returned to the apartment. Subject: Summer Fluff

(This is something my real-life school does, I don't know if the rest of you have "dance camp" or not, so...) Come July, Eibhilín and her family will be traveling back to London (England) and Wales, to first visit her mother's grave, and other relatives, then to visit her sister. After returning from England, Eibhilín and Chris both have a week of soccer camp! Eibhilín's got a busy three weeks in a row, but she'll still be doing her Webfeisana! Since Mallory is a long name to type,(or I'm just lazy)I have given her a nick name-Malli. She has swiched schools! She used to be at O'webfeis but is now at Scoil na Webfeis.She is number 8. She has moved and goes to a new school. She now lives on Humming Street, in Kenton. She goes to Kenton Academy. There are snobs at this school which will make here not dance diarys much better. So I'm going to contact its owner (that would be my fellow Mighty Mod Erin Theresa) and see what she has to say. Then I'll get back to everyone on the subject of said page. I want to get together all of your dancer's information, including their town/city/whatever and where it is in relation to the city centre (north, south, west, east) so that when I'm able to kick the juniors off the stupid library computers, I can make a map and we'll all know where we are. But don't give me your info right now, because I haven't talked to Erin yet. And I'm not in the mood to fight with juniors at the moment. (Side note, they are all taller than I am! And I'm 5'4"! Everyone knows that the Party was in two places- Her house and the HUGE Irish Pub on Woodward. All of her friends- and her sister annie- danced at the pub. It was really fun ! Then Andy got hold of a mic and started to sing Happy Birthday! The whole pub joins in... BAck at her house Mal and the guests did "feis bags" . They decorated water bottles and shoe polish cans and meadle bags, to match there dresses. Then the ice cream cake melts(this really did happen at my friends party). I thought the Israeli team had done a good job, much better than what I'm used to seeing from them, but hardly good enough to beat the Lithuanians. The Lithuanians were on fire during the free dance, but finished off the podium, behind the team from Israel who lacked the technical content of the other top teams. I'm outraged! When everyone first comes over some of the brave people are going to try water skiing. Then Andie and Maureen decide that they want to do it together on a double tow rope. After that they will all decide to go on the "banana boat" (a big inflatable thing that looks like a banana with handles that up to 12 people can be towed behind a boat on!) and they all get thrown off. But annoying Sean McGee (bro in law) who was driving the boat decides to not come back for them so the girls have to swim back from the middle of the lake. So Maureen (even herself living on a lake front property)being terrified of fish and seaweed is screaming the whole time because she feels things on her legs. After that they are going to have a picnic dinner out on the beach. Thea is still going to explode the whipping cream. Then I don't know. Then your dancer can confess your secret crushes from ceili class and almost drown in the pool because somebody dunked you in the deep end. :) lol Scruffy and Meowster are coming over to the mansion and they are going to sneek into the basement at midnight and cause a great uproar because meowster sounded like a ghost. (or something silly like that!) Then Maureen is going to get locked in the master bathroom and has to scream all night (well from 9-10 that is) until finally the girls realize she is missing and they go upstairs and help her get out.
