Hate to hear this kind of bad press from surf camps in Costa Rica. Check out www.thirdworldproductions.org . They represent two great surf camps and send their guests away friends.

Hello and good tidings!
It's been while since this thread was launched, but what the heck, it's better late than never to respond. I'm Jason Butler; owner, along with Karla, of Green Iguana Surf Camp in Playa Dominical, Costa Rica.
Robin:
I remember your visit, and the fact that you left unhappy. I'd like to apologize for the scheduling problems you had. We have always had high quality instruction at GISC; unfortunately, the instructor you had, while being a great teacher, did find himself fired over this as he was late almost all the time.
That being said, many changes have taken place in GISC over the last few years, and if you'd ever consider giving us another chance, I promise that you'll receive first-class treatment (and on-time instructors!)

Jason Butler
