Cross Country Mountain Bike Race
Sherwood Pines Sunday March 23rd


The races are open to anybody, no licence required. Entry on the line only.

Under 9's 11.00am (approx 10 mins) Free entry
Under 12's 11.20am (approx 20 mins) Free entry
Seniors 12 .00pm (18 miles) £10
Vets 12.00pm (18 miles) £10
Singlespeed 12.00pm (18 miles) £10
Youths 12.02pm (12 miles) £5
Ladies 12.02pm (12 miles) £10
Juveniles 12.04pm (6miles) £5
Fun 12.04pm (12 miles) £10

Directions
Sherwood Pines is east of Mansfield, the nearest village is Old Clipstone.
If you take the A46 from Leicester and pick up the A6097 approx 10 miles
before Newark sign posted for Doncaster, pick up the A614 and follow all the
way till the B6034 (signpostef Edwinstowe) turn left follow road past Centre
Parcs to traffic lights, turn left onto B6030, Sherwood Pines is about 3/4
mile along this road on your left.

Sherwood Pines is marked on the map as Clipstone Forest.
The entrance is on the right hand side of the road just east of Old Clipstone.
When entering the Forest park up and head for the Visitor Centre, the start line is on the grass in front of the cafe.
