*rolling over on his back, he pulled her along with him so that she now lay ontop of him, cradled in his arms with his legs entwined with hers. A happy sigh of contentment escaped his lips as he committed every detail of her to memory. Indeed he would never think of hurting her or those who she held dear. In fact this included himself. No suicide missions for him anymore and he didn't really consider dainty little slayers with their hearts set on serving up his head on a silver platter very threatening. But to betray and hurt her? Never. He'd rather offer up his head to those silly little slayers first. At the very least. Listening to the sound of her heart beat against his along with the relaxing sound of the rain falling outside, he felt as if he could stay here, like this, for an eternity. And he would, if he had the power to do so.*
