Subject: Confused by Spoiler Slayer-Episode Summaries
In reply to: Deeva 's message, "Spoiler Slayer-Episode Summaries for the last 5 eps." on 09:38:26 04/03/02 Wed

I'm confused by the following two statements because they seem contradictory:

"Meanwhile, Spike visits a powerful evil force in Africa to try to get his chip removed and restore him to his old, vampirey self."

"PART 2: Spike searches for a soul."

(1)The chip never caused him to cease being a vampire; he simply couldn't hurt humans.

(2)If he wants to be restored to his old vamiprey self, that was as a soul-less demon.

(3)If he wants and gets a soul, then that is not being restored to his old vampirey self. It is being restored to a new/changed/different vampirey self.

Hmmm.
