u can argue the morality of this thing for the next 100 years and still not settle it because there is no right and wrong no morality everything is grey. warren killed tara that is a fact and if there is a death penalty for murder then all a jury is there for is to decide if warren did or did not murder tara and seeing as this is all ready knowen there really is no point in continuing this line of argument under the law warren would die. secondly why is it worng for willow to kill warren according to buffyverse morality. buffy has been killing evil beings with out a trail or remorse since day one its what she does the only possible differance in the victims is that one has a soul the others don't but the show has already demonstrated that u don't need a soul to be good and u can be evil with a soul u can also be redeemed with out or with a soul so having a soul logicaly should make no differance wether u kill somthing evil or not. the bottom line is willow killed an evil person who probably would have continued to be bad if he had have been a deamon instead of human no one would care even though the show has gone out of its way to show people deamons can be good or bad as well as humans. and the reason the law doesn't apply to daemons is because they are not officaly recognised by the law if they were knowen about maybe the law would apply to them to and buffy would be on trail for murder.
