In a future episode, most likely one of the newer ones, Spike tries to get into Buffy�s panties again.

Now remember that Buffy has told Spike it�s over before, and that most of their sexual encounters involve her saying �no� but giving in. Spike interprets Buffy�s sincere �no� here for the previous not-entirely-sincere �no,� and presumably starts initiating sex again.

I don�t know if more of the usual pummelling/fighting is involved, but Spike does stop himself at some point, rather concerned with what he nearly did.

So, while Spike doesn�t out-and-out rape Buffy, he does persist in what is clearly unwelcome behavior.
