The "something interesting" we discover is that Buffy was sent for mental health testing when she first became The Slayer.

The "unfortunate decision" probably refers to Buffy's return to the Sunnydale reality, leaving her parents behind in the asylum reality.

But the "where Buffy may have been" is a real corker! Is Fury saying that Buffy was actually in the asylum when she thought she was in heaven, and that's why she felt safe and warm and surrounded by love? That casts doubt on the "reality" of the entire last six years of the series.

I'm really quite agitated about tomorrow's episode. I think it's going to leave a lot of us shaking our heads...
