Subject: Buffy Alone

Ok, if the spoilers are true that we have heard: Tara dies, Willow goes dark and Spike goes to Africa to be dechipped. i the past 14 months, her boyfriend left her (and returned married), her mother dies and her mentor leaves her. Talk about leaving someone with no anchors. It leaves us with Buffy alone with a disconnecteed Dawn and a messed up Xander (who was never especailly emotionally supportive in the past). if she really wasn't in an asylum before, she should be now. Of course, this could be OMwF come to life... 'you have to go alone Buffy". Glad to see at least she is moving towards healing. My question is this, are we emotionally connected enough to Buffy that she can move from the show's center to being our only connection with the show? By doing all this to us, is ME risking too much?
