Sorry, it's legit. I'm not Joss (much to my regret).
I've seen it, and everything I claimed was true.
I never said that Spike rapes Buffy, only that he TRIES it, and fails.
Also, I honestly don't know if Tara lives or dies. She IS shot, at the end of the episode, along with Buffy, then the last shot is of Willow cradling her body and her (Willow's) eyes turn black and red, which gives the episode its name.
Doeesn't look good for Tara, though...

One thing, Tara has been added as a regular to the show in this episode's credits. This may be an attemt to throw us off so the shock will be much harder when she dies, or it could be the only sign of hope for now.
