Sir,
We have recently bought a large tract of land we are interested in leasing. The land we purchased is approximately 20 minutes east of Tallahassee Fl. And starts at the SW corner of the intersection of hwy 59 and US 27. All of the land is pine timber and hardwood bottoms. This tract has plenty of roads and good access to the property. The long terms plans that we have for this property is to fence the entire tract, gate every road entering each different lease and we will probably build a separate shed on each lease for cooking or parking a camper under or just getting out of the rain. We would prefer to lease to the same people every year and the terms of the lease are year to year. We deal only with one person and that person makes the rules for their club and selects who can join etc. We attempted to carve this tract into leases of different sizes so that we could have something in many different price ranges. Hopefully we can get together on a lease. The insurance is paid by the leasee and you a required to have proof of 1 million dollars liability insurance on the hunting club. Keep in mind we also have land for sale at all times, the tracts for sale are good hunting, timber and investment tracts. We currently have a 400 acre tract for sale and a 300 acre tract for sale, both pieces are very very abundant in game, hogs, deer, turkeys, ducks and the added value of the timber makes it an exceptional buy. We are not a realtoy company we own these properties and are selective in who we lease and sell to.
Current available lease 5150 acres.
