徐君禮停牌半年

競賽董事小組今天完成了就騎師徐君禮於2009年5月13日跑馬地賽事中按小組指示所提供尿液樣本之化驗報告而進行的研訊。騎師徐君禮及馬會賽事化驗所主管溫思明博士今天均作出證供。

溫思明博士於五月十八日報告，騎師徐君禮提供的部分樣本被驗出含有氯胺酮（ketamine）。根據香港賽馬會賽事規例，氯胺酮屬違禁物質（騎師）。

騎師徐君禮獲通知化驗結果後，表示希望由一家獨立化驗所測檢該份樣本的保留部分。徐君禮要求將此份樣本的保留部分交予德國科隆的德國體育大學藥檢中心進行確證化驗。小組於6月17日星期三收到該藥檢中心主管W Schänzer教授的報告，表示經該化驗所化驗證實，該份樣本的保留部分含有氯胺酮。

騎師徐君禮被裁定違反香港賽馬會賽事規例第60(1)條，因他於2009年5月13日跑馬地賽事中按小組指示所提供的尿液樣本經化驗後發現含有氯胺酮。小組決定，根據有關情況，對騎師徐君禮的適當處罰為暫停其騎師牌照，直至2009年11月18日他始可恢復策騎，此項罰則追溯至2009年5月18日開始執行，徐君禮於該日被小組著令暫停策騎。
