Subject: 韋達停賽三日

韋達（「首飾奇寶」）被裁定一項不小心策騎〔賽事規例第100(1)條〕，事緣在起步後不久，他容許坐騎在尚未帶離「伯峻寶」時向內斜跑，導致「伯峻寶」因而失去應有的跑線及勒避。

考慮了此宗事件的有關情況，以及騎師韋達今季的不小心策騎紀錄，小組判罰韋達停賽（三個香港賽馬日）直至四月二十一日星期一才可再次出賽。此項停賽罰則押後至四月六日星期日沙田賽事後執行。

此外，韋達被罰款八萬元，以代替停賽多兩個賽馬日。
