~She nods again~ �I�ve noticed most lands are these days, my lord. King Fire Cry, for example is�� ~She trailed off when she suddenly got a nasty look from the onyx steed~ �F-forgive me.� ~She whispered then cleared her throat and smiled wearily at Vulcan~ �Is Lady Seeking Storm still around?� ~The girl asked, looking for a better topic but then winced as she remembered something. She faced Fire Cry and bowed her head~ �I-I��

\His eyes were blazing with fire and blood/ �Just shut your mouth, runt!� \He hissed harshly in her face then snorted in it. Turning on hoof he stormed toward the borders/

|The young stallion glanced from Katie to the retreating form to Vulcan. Then taking a quick glance over the land he trotted after Fire Cry|

~She sighed and her shoulders drooped as she sat on a fallen log~ �I can�t do anything right.� ~She mumbled and kept her head low~ �Tell me, is Seeking Storm left, my lord?� ~The girl asked softly as she composed herself~

He leaps forward, front hooves lashing out and teeth snapping as he rounds on the stallion. Leave her! he bellows, rearing as he turns back to the human, watching the stallions retreat. He gives the young stallion a long cool warning look then walks to Katie.

Storm is still here, dear ... she's lead mare, now.
The light in his eyes as she is mentioned give a hint of his feelings toward the little wolf-mare.
Why do you stay with those who treat you so? Where .. he pauses, unsure if it were wise to ask, then reluctantly continues. is Basil?

((Sorry, but I'm going to be gone for several weeks. I'll be here intermitantly I imagine, but I've got important exams and I just can't study with RPing to do too ... I'm abysmal at time management as it is!))
