When is there a pro-democracy movement in Israel in the Bible? There's a pro-king movement (Saul in 1st Samuel). There's an anti-Roman movement (Barrabas). There's an anti-King Saul movement (David).

Did the Jews invade Athens in some hidden Testament and I just missed the news?

Otherwise, I'm put off because you're wanting to "vote me off the island" and I haven't done anything to your site at all. Heck, I promoted the heck out of it on Perkie's site (and brought Perkie back here, but that was because of the Law of Unintended Consequences).

I would file Abba's Son under the same category that I would file the people that stand outside the Indpls. Motor Speedway and scream at me when I go to the Indy 500 that I'm going to hell because I'm going to the race on a Sunday - well-intentioned but very misguided. He thinks he's doing good but it just angers you and makes me look like a moron because we're both Christians.

BTW, I am one of the first to line up to defend the right of assemby, speech and religion - without these rights defended all the way around I can't follow the dictates of my own conscience. I don't want a Christian Taliban - its absolutely ineffective. A Church made up of people forced to participate is weak. A Church made up of people who are there because they want to be there is strong, albeit smaller. Lean and mean is better than bloated and weak.
