I heard there were minor cuts in what was shown on Sci-Fi and might be a bit more in other stories which are a bit longer (hopefully nothing major).

From what I read the cuts in the two episodes were:

A 10 second cut to the beginging of the "Wheelie Bin" scene

The intro to the Toxic scene

A cut to the Rotating Fans Scene (including "reaction" shots of Rose, Moxx of Balhoon, et ect)
