I have heard the same. I think basically if you already think ill of Bush, it will confirm it. If you don't, you will know it is a documentary full of rhetoric and dismiss it.

I am sure it is interesting and amusing, but I also know it is a propaganda piece as you say. But that doesn't make all of what it has to say valueless, just makes it that one needs to be critical to view it.
