Now, if one were to talk about navy and marine americans visiting ports. There was a port that just recently (1996) opened up in Malta. Well, previously america was banned of ever coming back, due to us practically destroying the place. Trash, like beer bottles and food wrappings all over the place. Terrorizing the locales. So on so forth. Well, they banned us from ever coming back. To get back what I'm trying to convey....They allowed us back in 1997, I guess hoping we are more "civilised". Well, after being there for 4 days, we are once again banned from going back. The place was nice when we were there, but (should I say, americanized) trashed when we left.

Now, when it comes to attacking, destroying, blowing things up, and (I believe) winning every war after the Korean war, we do exceptionally well. Minus the occasional fight between a sailor and a marine.

I had some fun in the Navy. But, 10 years is enough for me. Time to try something different.
