I looked through the page ( I missed the show, but I'll look for it) and I thought the discussion of Evil page was interesting, esp. the comments of the Rabbi and the author just before him.

Not having seen the film, but having read the comments page, it seems Rev. Benke's (of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod - my denomination) situation got a lot of attention - that's too bad because the comments I read showed a fundamental misunderstanding of the situation on the part of the viewers. I'm not entirely surprised, however. Frontline puts on some interesting topics and much to their credit, they are not afraid to tackle big issues of a religious nature, something that is certainly missing from the increasingly tabloid style of the major network broadcasts. But, it has been my experience that they have also shown a fundamental misunderstanding of faith itself in the shows I've seen. I have found them to be interesting, well-produced, well-researched (to a point) and frustrating all at the same time.
