Kyser, did you notice the muisc? A few of the scenes had some of the notes of the B/A theme (including the cemetary). I was surprised this wasn't a tear-jerker...I kind of thought they might actually kill one of the Scoobies, or Giles perhaps, but they killed Anya instead, which was sad, but I think you're right, it sort of redeemed Anya.

You know, I'm a little sad cause this is the end, but Joss did a great job of closing the story arc, and leaving room for more. It was a solid cap to an amazing story...and I confess, Buffy definitely was a part of my life. That sounds so stupid to say, but for better or worse, the show was a part of me. Weird. I'm happy with how it turned out (although what could have been an amazing scene with Spike was ruined by the knowledge that he's coming back) and GILES WAS GREAT! I love this show.
