Deep, slate grey eyes watch the town carelessly. They would probably be talking about him by now. Those foolish boys would, at least, no doubt. With how rare anything of his stature was in this part, they were probably rather upset to have missed him. But it was funny. And serves them right for trying to kill him in the first place. Not as though one of their arrows would have been able to.

The Red Deer stag shakes his mane, chuckling to himself. He's a magnificent beast, standing nearly a meter and a half at the shoulder. His large, wide antlers�still velvety�are, themselves, over a meter across. He has a rich, auburn red coat and a dark brown mane.

"I liked it better," he muses outloud, "where they consider me akin to their gods. Not that it matters. I'll outlive every one of the little humans, anyway."
