Hi Tara,

Thanks so much for this sage advice. It has never ceased to amaze me that after meeting you for half an hour and only knowing you in the context of being in their office for strange and worrisome symptoms, that some neurologists apparently feel that they can determine that you have a psychological problem. Who ever knew that they had ESP? I swear, the minute that my neuro starts going down this avenue with me I am going to VOLUNTEER to go and see a psychiatrist. That is how sure I am of my sanity. And, hey, if I am wrong, at least then I will have a trained professional who spent considerable time interviewing and talking to me asserting this. I'm really very glad to hear that your GP is properly sticking up for you. I would think that the fact that the neurontin (a NERVE pain medicine) is working for you, says an awful lot!

all the best,
chloe
