I'm in the same boat as you and have been going through all the tests for one year now. Just finally had my spinal tap last week. (no dx yet)

The doctors say the same thing to me: maybe depression, probably stress!

So, hang in there with the rest of us!! (Think on the bright side, maybe all of us are just "stressed" and none of us have any disease! Wouldn't that be nice?)
