Yes holding onto something for even a very short period of time will make my hand get tingly/numb. Especially when holding the steering wheel of my van. I drive with one hand at a time and have to keep switching hands. It only takes about 2 blocks and my hands are completely numb. It is this reason I can't drive myself 2 1/2 hours to the MS Center. My sister has always had to take me.

I hope you can get some rest today and allow your body to recover.

And yes when I overdue it during the day my whole body will turn into one big spasm when I finally quit and lay down that nite. Especially in my arches, calves, thighs and forearms. And yes even thru my mid section...kinda feels like when you are pg and the baby is kicking you. And the next day when I get up I feel like I have been run over by a truck and am still very tired. I usually end up back in bed for most of the day.
