Good job describing it Joan!
I like your analogy of the baby kicking. & sometimes the baby does gymnastics & in odd places, like my arms.
And ditto on the Mac truck mornings! I feel like I'm hung over every morning, & I don't drink.
My hands & arms go to sleep when I hang on to things too. Especially if the thing vibrates at all. (e.g. lawn mower, steering wheel) But that has been going on for a long time. I think mine is due to carpel tunnel though. (I got that years ago when I used to be a lumber piler at a sawmill.)
