Hi Heidi
After my tests came back normal, I decided that it MUST just all be in my head. So, I decided to will my symptoms away. I proceeded to do my best at ignoring them & trying to live "normally".
Since then I've learned a few things. I now know I can't will the symtoms away. They are very real.
When I'm doing something that I enjoy, they don't seem quite so bad. I didn't used to allow myself to take time for hobbies. Now I'm affording myself the time & finding that it makes me feel alot better. It helps take my mind off of the yucky things.
My neuro told me that my tests may have been done too early for things to show up. So, I'm in the process of waiting for time to pass.
Heidi, I can sure relate to your disappointment. I just imagined how I would feel if I don't get a dx when I go in for my MRI & appt in August. I would be totally devastated.
I'm so sorry that they didn't give you something to go on.
