All my joints ache by the evening; I take Celebrix for this and it knocks out the pain so I can sleep (or continue to shop on those days that I overdue). I have a sympathetic Rheumatologist who treats some of my symptoms like this one while I am awaiting diagnosis. My quality of life has been much better b/c of him.
